Our story
Wilder means untamed. Blommetjies means little flowers.
That's the whole idea in one name. A little flower is delicate, unfinished, still becoming what it's going to be — but it grows wild, reaching for light on its own terms. That's how we think about the children we make for: soft and small right now, but never fragile, and never boxed in.
We design and manufacture comfortable, skin-sensitive baby clothing and keepsakes, right here in South Africa. Everything starts from the same four words: Faith, Love, Learn, Grow. Faith, because we want scripture in little hands before they can read it. Love, because every piece is made to be held, not just worn. Learn, because a chewable Bible or a textured knee protector is a child's first classroom. And Grow, because none of it is precious for its own sake — it's built to survive a real, growing, crawling, curious child.
Every stitch carries a little faith, a little love, and a lot of hope for the person that little human is going to become.
How it grows with them
Every product meets a real milestone
First words are His words
The Baby Bible is built to be chewed, dropped, and dragged around before a single page is ever "read." That's the point — it puts scripture into the same hands that are exploring everything else, so faith becomes part of how a child learns the world, not a lesson for later.
Crawling is a milestone, not a mess
Knee Protectors exist for the weeks when a baby is figuring out how to move through the world for the first time. Cushioned knees mean more time exploring and less time interrupted by a sore knee on a hard floor.
Held, not just dressed
Onesies and bibs are made to be lived in — fed in, napped in, and handed down. Every embroidered phrase is a small blessing a parent gets to say over their child without having to find the words themselves.
Independence, celebrated
The Potty Training Kit is for the milestone every parent waits for. It turns a tricky transition into something a toddler gets to feel proud of, with a story book and cue cards that make the process feel like an achievement, not a chore.
